Yes — joining is completely free, always: no subscription, no fees. To enter the monthly Glow Box draw, collect 10 Glow Stars — 1 for each friend you invite who joins, 1 for each S$50+ order you place, plus 1 from the free skin quiz. A purchase is never required.
Do I have to buy anything to win? +
Nope. Members in the draw have equal odds — a purchase is never required to enter or to win.
How do the cashback & referral rewards work? +
Every S$50+ order earns 5% back as Glow Wallet credit, and you get S$5 when a friend you invite makes their first S$50+ order. Spend it on your next order, or withdraw real cash (from S$10) — PayNow (Singapore) or PayPal (worldwide). New credit becomes cashable about 45 days after the order (or sooner once we confirm it arrived).
Do you do refunds? +
Orders ship from Japan, so all sales are final — no cash refunds. If something arrives genuinely damaged, send Glenda a photo and we'll make it right with store credit or a replacement.
